AIIMS 2019 Registration (PAAR BASIC) for MBBS Started; Steps to Apply Here
The All India Institute of Medical Science (AIIMS), New Delhi, has started AIIMS 2019 Registration process. The basic registration begun today, on November 30, 2018, at 6:00 pm. The candidates appearing for the examination will have to apply online from the official website, which is aiimsexams.org. The last date to apply for AIIMS MBBS Registration is January 03, 2018. It will close exactly at 5:00 pm.
The Institute has introduced a new registration process – Prospective Applicants Advanced Registration (PAAR) facility. Due to this facility, the candidates were able to apply for AIIMS MBBS 2019 at least 6-months in advance. It has two parts, Basic and Final. The registration right now is Basic and the final one will begin on February 21, 2019.
To do the registration, the candidates simply need to visit the official website and click on ‘Academic Course’. Then, the candidates will be directed to a new page. There, the candidates need to click on MBBS link. After this, candidates will have to read the instructions given in a small window and hit the ‘proceed’ button. Then, the candidates will be able to see the login.
Once, candidates has reached the login of AIIMS MBBS 2019 then click on ‘new registration’ and enter personal, contact, address details. For AIIMS Basic Registration 2019, the candidates will also need an id proof. It can be an Aadhaar Card, Voter Id Card, Driving Licence, PAN Card, Passport, EPIC Card, or 12th Board Admit Card.
The candidates who will finish AIIMS MBBS PAAR Registration properly, will get admit card for the exam. The admit card will be issued on the May 15, 2019. It will also be issued online and no hard copy will be sent to the candidates. To download the admit card, candidates will need registration id and password. The admit card is an important document will be needed on the exam day. Without it, the candidates will not be allowed to enter exam hall and take the exam.
AIIMS MBBS 2019 is a is a computer based test, which will be held on May 25 and 26, 2019. It will be held in two session. The exam will be of 3 hours and 30 minutes. In it, the candidates will have to solve 200 MCQs, from Physics, Chemistry, Biology, and General Knowledge.
The question paper will be provided in the English and Hindi language and the standard of it will be that of class 12th. The number of questions from Physics, Chemistry, and Biology will be 60 each. However, from General Knowledge and Aptitude and Logical Thinking only 10 questions each will be asked.
