National Testing Agency (NTA) will conduct NEET 2019. It has been disclosed that the exam will be held two times: February and May. NTA is a new body.

What is NTA?
On November 10, 2017, it was announced that the Cabinet approves setting up of National Testing Agency (NTA), a body to hold all such exams which CBSE and AICTE conduct until now. Under its umbrella, NEET also falls.
Will NEET 2019 be conducted by NTA?
Yes. It is clear now that NTA is taking over CBSE’s responsibilities for the NEET exam. The changeover is happening in 2019. NEET 2019 is being conducted by NTA in online mode.
Should students be worried?
Worried – no. Prepared – yes.
Now you know that exam will be held online only. However, the exam pattern and syllabus are not changing. So your preparation remains the same. Yet, you need to add one component to it and that is to prepare for online mode of exam.
So to be prepared for such an event, start attempting NEET mock tests in online mode.
Will there be a change in exam syllabus for NEET 2019?
No. HRD Minister Prakash Javadekar has confirmed that the exam syllabus for NEET 2019 shall remain the same.
